Whether it is an intimate dinner for two, or a celebration with one-hundred and fifty friends, the Pub’s Catering staff is equipped to handle your event with the same quality, service and attention-to-detail that has become the hallmark of our restaurant.
Depending upon your needs, we can create party platters for a gathering of friends during a game, hors d’ouvers for your next cocktail party, or an entire dinner party at your home.
What we bring to that table is complete service: food, beverages (both alcohol and non-alcohol), tables, chairs, linens, bartenders, servers and party coordinators – anything you need to make your gathering a success. The Pub knows Corporate Catering. Our owner and general manager spent years in the corporate world before creating the Courthouse Pub. Complete service and customization allows us to tailor an event to support and enhance your goals, while allowing you to concentrate on the important business details of the day.

- Fresh mixed greens, drizzled with cranberry/raspberry vinaigrette, topped with dried cranberries, bleu cheese crumbles, thinly sliced cucumbers and toasted pecans. Topped with a grilled & sliced chicken breast. $7.95
- Baked chicken breast, cubed, then tossed in a blended yogurt sauce, with dried cranberries, toasted almonds and green onions. Served over fresh greens. $7.95
- Featuring our own mango dressing, we create this salad with three skewered coconut battered shrimp on top of spring greens, chunked melon, pineapple, toasted coconut and macadamia nuts. $7.95
- Another “artie heart” special. This time with spinach, freshly grated Parmesan, select artichoke hearts and rich cream sauce. Blended, heated and served with corn chips freshly prepared in canola oil. Great flavors; great for sharing! $7.95
- Balsamic glaze over mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, fresh mozzarella balls, roasted red peppers, pesto and freshly baked parmesan cheese crisps. Rich, healthy and very delicious! $7.95
