 Desserts are an important part of any meal. In fact, Jonathan spends a fair amount of time each week testing desserts to make sure they meet his standards. Some desserts are made at the Pub, some are made for us by Uniquely Yours of Manitowoc and some are purchased from other premier dessert houses. Each is a great conclusion to your meal. Here are some of our most popular desserts. Your server will describe any specialties of the day – or advise you if we have sold out of any items today. New York Style Cheese Cake - Rich, creamy, and smooth. Add nuts, chocolate and caramel to make it a Turtle Cheesecake. Raspberry Truffle - Premium Raspberry ice cream dipped in semi-sweet chocolate. Turtle Sundae - Made with Cedar Crest Premium Vanilla ice cream, with nuts, chocolate and caramel! Dark Chocolate Ganache Cake - Chef Jonna's newest creation. Layers of chocolate cake and chocolate ganache. We consider it health food! Specialty Desserts Made at the Pub - Each day our chef creates a truly “home-made” dessert – including tarts and cakes. Your server will describe these choices to you. Each item is, of course, approved by Judge Jonathan, our chief dessert tester. Current menu subject to change. |
